SPT, EDT and ST Series Warranty

(SPT, EDT and ST Series Collars Only)

DT Systems Premium Lifetime Warranty is the best warranty offered in the industry. This warranty is free to participating customers. This changes our normal one year parts and labor warranty to a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects on parts and a one year warranty on labor.

D.T Systems Premium Lifetime Warranty

What is covered:

  • DT Systems Premium Lifetime Warranty covers all parts to be free from manufacturing defects for as long as the unit is held by the original owner.
  • Lifetime Warranty applies only to SPT, EDT and ST series collars.

What is not covered:

  • Batteries are not part of our lifetime warranty. Rechargeable batteries are warranted against defects for one year from the original purchase date.
  • Our warranty does not cover parts that malfunction due to abuse, misuse, improper maintenance, or incorrect handling.
  • Damage from dogs chewing or wear and tear from excessive field use is not covered.
  • Our warranty does not cover the cost of shipping the unit to our repair center. Return ground shipping (inside the continental United States) to the customer is covered. However, next day or second day air shipping is not covered and if requested will be charged.
  • Any unit purchased prior to January 2001 is not covered by the Lifetime Warranty but is covered by our standard One Year warranty.

How the Lifetime Warranty works:

  • To qualify for the Warranty you must fill out the warranty registration card which came with your system and mail it (with your original sales receipt) to D.T. Systems within 30 days of purchase.
  • There is no charge for parts or labor for the first year on any of our lifetime warranted products.
  • When the product’s labor warranty expires after the first year, there will be a normal labor charge for any repair under the lifetime warranty program should your system be in need of service. Labor charges will range from $35 to $110 depending on 1) the system model, and 2) the severity of the repair needed.
  • Any defective manufactured part or parts that need replacement will be free during the lifetime warranty period.

No Bark Training Collars Warranty

(1125DT, 1145DT, 190DT & Ultra Min-e)

All No Bark training collars have a Six Month Parts and Labor Warranty, effective from the original date of purchase.
(A copy of the original sales receipt is required to validate the date of purchase).

What is covered:

  • DT Systems No Bark Training Collar Warranty covers all parts and labor on repairs for six months, as long as the unit is held by the original owner.

What is not covered:

  • Batteries for the 1145DT & 190DT are user replaceable/disposable batteries and are not covered under the warranty. Rechargeable batteries for the 1125DT are warranted against defects for one year from the original purchase date.
  • Our warranty does not cover parts that malfunction due to abuse, misuse, improper maintenance, or incorrect handling.
  • Damage from dogs chewing or wear and tear from excessive field use is not covered.
  • Our warranty does not cover the cost of shipping the unit to our repair center. Return ground shipping (inside the continental United States ) to the customer is covered. However, next day or second day air shipping is not covered and if requested will be charged.

How the No Bark Training Collar Warranty works:

  • To qualify for the Warranty you must send a copy of your original receipt with the repair. This is required to verify the date of purchase.
  • There is no charge for parts or labor for the first six months. When the product’s warranty expires, there will be a normal charge for any repair, should your system be in need of service.

Ultra-e Series Warranty

(Ultra-e 2010, 2020, 2030, 2040, & 2050)

All Ultra-e™ training collars have a One Year Parts and Labor Warranty, effective from the original date of purchase.
(A copy of the original sales receipt is required to validate the date of purchase).

What is covered:

  • DT Systems Ultra-e Series Warranty covers all parts and labor on repairs for one year, as long as the unit is held by the original owner.

What is not covered:

  • Batteries for the Ultra-e Series are user replaceable/disposable batteries and are not covered under the warranty.

BTB Series Warranty

(BTB 800 & BTB 809)

All BTB beeper collars have a Six Month Parts and Labor Warranty, effective from the original date of purchase.

What is covered:

  • DT Systems BTB beeper Collar Warranty covers all parts and labor on repairs for six months, as long as the unit is held by the original owner.

What is not covered:

  • User replaceable/disposable batteries are not covered under the warranty.

How the BTB Beeper Collar Warranty works:

EZT Plus Series Warranty

 

The EZT plus series has a full one year warranty from the date of purchase. This covers any manufacturer's defects not caused by misuse or abuse. After the first year, this system goes into a Limited Lifetime warranty that covers all parts (except batteries) for the lifetime of the product.

Petpal Series Warranty

All of PetPal Training collars have a one year warranty against manufacturer defects. This warranty is through the manufacturer.  All warranty repairs should
be sent into PetPal by the consumer with a brief explanation of the problem they are experiencing.  The unit must be sent in with a copy of the valid sales
receipt verifying the date of purchase to prevent any unnecessary charges.  PetPal Training Systems reserves the right to fix or replace the defective
product.  Damage due to wear and tear or normal use is not covered under warranty and customers will be subject to a service or repair charge.  PetPal
Training Systems is not responsible for return freight on defective products.
