directly with the owners with our goal of providing in-depth product knowledge and highly competitive pricing to bring the  hunting and dog owner the best possible products at affordable prices.

PAYMENT
 

• We use Payal Secured Transactions for major credit cards and Paypal Standard is also available
• We only accept business in the United State of America (USA)
• We prefer payment with in 24 hours of your purchase.

SECURITY ASSURANCE

SHIPMENT
 

• We can combine shipping for you for multiple items. We ship using UPS and US Postal Service for
   smaller items. Dog boxes are shipped via a freight carrier.
• We require your contact cell phone # for  shipping. Please enter this on the notes area.
• We require signature for delivery over $250.00
• We will send you a shipping tracking #
• There are no taxes on shipping costs
• Delivery of a Dog Box  to a Residential address typically costs $140.00 USD depending on which state in the USA
• Delivery of a Dog Box to a Commercia/Business address typically costs $95.00 USD depending on which state in the USA

FREIGHT CLAIMS and CONDITIONS

Always check the condition and number of cartons against the freight bill and packing slip at time of delivery. The customer must note damages and shortages on the delivery receipt at the time of acceptance. If you notice any damage upon receipt please refuse delivery.  Notify Trohy Time Gun Dogs immediately upon discovery of discrepancy. All shortages with the shipment must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of shipment.

TAXES

Illinois residents are assessed 6.25% sales tax on all merchandise.

PAYMENT TERMS
 

Payment Information: We accept the following methods of payment: Major credit cards through Paypal secured transactions.  All prices are listed
in US Dollars. All applicable state, local, federal  and taxes and fees apply and will be clearly displayed during checkout. Orders are not binding until
payment has been accepted and verified.

Shipping and Delivery: Shipping and handling charges apply to all orders, unless otherwise specified. Shipping charges will be calculated in your shopping cart
and may vary according to the number or weight of items shipped, carrier used, destination of order and whether you requested expedited delivery. We ship items
Monday - Friday once payment is received.

All delivery dates are estimates and  are not guaranteed.

CANCELED ORDERS

We require a $25.00 charge on canceled orders.  Please contact us to cancel an order we will work with you to achieve customer satisfaction. We will authorize your cancellation and remit funds as needed less the $25.00 cancellation charge.

RETURNS

Returns and refunds must be authorized. You will receive an Authorization Number. Please include this Authorization Number with your return. Merchandise must be returned in its original
shipping condition. You can exchange an item if a manufacturing defect is found upon receipt or if it was damaged during shipping (insurance required).
Trophy Time Gun Dogs  must be notified of the defect or problem within 5 days of receipt of the product. Returned items MUST be unused with all orginal
paperwork, accessories and containers. Shipping costs are not refundable. Dog Boxes due to their weight will require a return handling fee.

GUARANTEES

We do not provide any  additional warranty coverage. Some product shipped new may be covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Please contact the manufacturer
to determine eligibility. We do not guarantee any product's fitness for intended use.

POLICE DEPARTMENTS, LAW ENFORCEMENT and MILITARY K-9 UNITS

We can provide multi-order discounts for Police Departments, Law Enforcement and Military K-9 Units. Please call for pricing on Dog Box K-9 units for departmental use.
